With that said, your satisfaction and the quality of our craftsmanship are extremely important to us. We carefully inspect each item before shipping, but if your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or workmanship issue, we will make it right.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
